Nivira processes all payments securely through Razorpay, ensuring a smooth and secure checkout experience. Your payment information is encrypted and managed by Razorpay, a trusted third-party provider. If a refund is necessary, it will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method used at checkout.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Indian Post, with a shipping charge added to your total at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase, and delivery typically occurs within 5-9 working days, depending on your location.

Important Notes:

• No Returns: Nivira does not accept returns. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery, and do not accept it if it appears broken or opened.

• No Cancellations: Cancellations are currently unavailable after an order is placed.
